Members are invited to a lecture and button-making workshop led by Chicago-based artist, educator, and curator Juarez Hawkins. Inspired by buttons featured in Designing for Change: Chicago Protest Art of the 1960s–70s, design your own button as you learn more about the role of buttons in the social movements of this period.
