4. Send in your completed map to:

Official Game Rules

• No purchase necessary.
• Open to legal residents of the States of Illinois and Indiana, age 14 years and younger as of entry date.
• One entry per person.
• Answer all questions on the map (answers can be found at the Chicago History Museum and at www.greatchicagostories.org and www.chicagohistory.org/mychicago). Entries must be filled out completely to be eligible.
• Entries are to be mailed to Chicago History Express Sweepstakes, PO Box 11012, Chicago, IL 60611-0012.
• Entries must be received by December 31, 2008.
• One grand prize winner will be selected at random on each of the following dates: September 1, 2008; October 15, 2008, November 21, 2008; December 31, 2008; from all valid entries received for a total of four Grand Prize winners.
• Four Grand Prize winners will each receive: (1) A Family Membership to the Chicago History Museum. (2) $100 gift certificate to Lettuce Entertain You restaurant group. (3) One night hotel room in a hotel of the sponsor's choosing – one room for four people. (4) Four tickets to a family-friendly Chicago event of the sponsor’s choosing (events to be determined based on dates of downtown stay). (5) Four tickets to one of the Chicago History Museum's 'L' tours.
