Set-up/install, maintain, operate and train users to operate AV equipment in museum galleries, meeting rooms, and event spaces. Assist in the maintenance of exhibit lighting systems and building-wide emergency lighting.

Coordinate technical support services for the daily operation of all desktop computers, peripherals, standard operating system, and office applications. Provide technical support for a variety of specialized applications and new technology initiatives. Provide assistance for the Director of Information Technology on various network related tasks in the server room.
